If you’re looking to them to get an idea off the ground, you have to know what they want to hear. 天使投資人有相當財力,專門投資初期新創公司。希望天使能助你一臂之力,先要知道他們在意什麼。 1. a) Insight Investors want to know that entrepreneurs looking for capital have experience in the industry they’re targeting. If you have an idea, but lack related experience, go get a job in the industry and learn the 1) tricks of the trade first. Then, start your own business. 一、市場洞察 投資人想知道,創業者具備目標行業的經驗。如果你有好點子,但缺乏相關經驗,應先於該行業找份工作,先學會箇中竅門,再創業。 2. Ambition Investors are interested in unconventional thinkers who won’t stop when problems arise. You have to be able to run into a barrier, be nimble and creative, and 2) go to great lengths to put them right. 二、野心 投資人對跳脫傳統的思考者感興趣。這樣的人不會在發生問題時棄械投降。遇到困難時,你必須能夠靈活而有創意,竭盡所能來排除障礙。 3. Discipline Investors are looking for people who are willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. It means working long hours and forgoing some things today in exchange for future opportunities. 三、紀律 投資人尋找的是:願意犧牲一切來獲得成功的人。這意味長時間工作,捨棄今日的享受以換取未來的機會。 4. Pain point A pain point is a real or perceived problem. Just because something is a pain point doesn’t mean people will pay for a solution. It has to be a problem people care about. 四、痛點 痛點是一個真實或被察覺的問題。只因為某事是痛點,不代表人們願意付費來解決它。這個痛點必須是人們關心的問題。 5. Scale In addition to finding a problem people want solved, the addressable market for the solution has to be big enough so you don’t have to capture 100 percent of the market. 五、規模 除了找出人們想要解決的問題,所瞄準的市場必須夠大,如此就不用拿下百分之百的市場。 6. Comprehensive If you’re developing a treatment for a pain point that isn’t a cure, someone else may come along and disrupt it. Therefore, the treatment you put forward needs to be b) well-rounded enough. 六、面面俱到 如果你開發出不夠全面的解決之道,別人便可能介入並搶走市場。因此,你的解決之道必須面面俱到。 7. Differentiation Angels want to know your solution can’t be easily c) duplicated by others in the industry who have greater resources or experience.
