It's packed with information, and it's a fun place to communicate and share thoughts. However, being online also has its negative points, not the least of which is the presence of trolls. A troll is someone who deliberately tries to start arguments or upset people through comments he or she posts in online communities. Trolls often use hateful or threatening language, and in some cases, they make their victims' lives miserable. Since many trolls operate anonymously, they may seem hard to stop. In Sweden, however, something is being done to combat trolling. A TV show called Troll Hunter sets about catching the meanest of online bullies. The show's host, Robert Aschberg, tracks down anonymous trolls. Once he finds them, he and his camera team approach the trolls and challenge them to explain themselves. In one episode, Aschberg visits a man who had made death threats to a female journalist. He also tracks a woman who had posted several racist comments online. As the program shows, trolls can vary from kids to old people. Their reactions differ, too.
